Supports financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and operational analysis for a physician-owned medical group. Responsibilities include evaluating provider productivity, physician compensation, revenue cycle performance, payer trends, expenses, service-line profitability, and practice KPIs. The analyst develops financial models, dashboards, variance analyses, business cases, and pro forma projections; assists with month-end close; identifies performance improvement opportunities; and presents recommendations to clinic leadership.
