Manages project accounting for construction projects, including job costing, revenue, A/R billing, A/P invoices, budget reconciliation, change orders, subcontractor compliance documents, check runs, receivables collection, and financial reporting. Partners with project managers, subcontractors, and controllers to monitor costs, funding, budgets, and project closeout requirements.

Supports HR shared services, administration, talent acquisition, onboarding, compliance, employee communications, reporting, and learning and development coordination. Manages offer letters, candidate coordination, reference checks, pre-employment screening, I-9 and E-Verify completion, Day 1 activities, and post-hire requirements. Provides initial employee support, conducts basic HR research, maintains documentation, and escalates issues appropriately in a fast-paced, fully in-office environment.
