Resolves complex student inquiries, interprets university and regulatory policies, troubleshoots FAFSA issues, processes authorized record changes, and advises students and families on financial aid eligibility, disbursement, and costs. Delivers support in person, virtually, by phone, and email while maintaining FERPA compliance and collaborating with university partners.

Provides faculty support through phone, email, virtual, and in-person channels; troubleshoots computer and educational technology issues; assists with Canvas LMS, instructional design, accessibility, course development, multimedia, video, graphic, and web projects. The role also contributes to documentation, workflows, process improvements, and Office of Teaching and Learning initiatives. Training and mentoring are provided, and no prior expertise is required.

Conducts automated and manual accessibility testing for websites, web applications, software, hardware, vendor products, and documents. Evaluates compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA and VPAT standards, identifies needed repairs, documents audit findings, and supports accessibility remediation. The role also develops test cases, prepares reports, trains content editors and peers, delivers accessibility workshops, and collaborates with ADA teams, vendors, and ICT users to resolve complex issues.
