Assists North Florida Athletics with shooting, editing, and producing short- and long-form video content for websites, social media, and venue displays. Supports creative strategy across multiple sports, manages content calendars and digital assets, develops visual brand guidelines, coordinates student staff coverage, and collaborates on project timelines and external requests. Designs, selects, tests, installs, calibrates, maintains, and troubleshoots data acquisition hardware, including sensors, I/O devices, chassis, and control boards. Supports varsity sporting events during academic breaks, works collaboratively with broadcast teams, follows NCAA and university regulations, and may work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Builds and manages employer and community partnerships for university recruiting. Identifies prospective employers, grows existing relationships, develops customized recruiting strategies, tracks hiring performance, and coordinates career fairs, networking events, and other engagement initiatives. Collaborates with faculty, staff, colleges, student organizations, and alumni to expand employment opportunities. Advises employers on campus recruiting, communicates industry needs, supervises student employees, and represents the university at meetings and conferences.

Leads development, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of an audiology assistant workforce education program. Responsibilities include curriculum design, instructional coordination, clinical internship placements, stakeholder and clinical partner engagement, enrollment and records management, compliance support, workforce pipeline development, data analysis, and reporting.

Inputs and verifies real-time play-by-play statistics during collegiate athletic events using approved statistical software. Tracks individual and team statistics, coordinates with athletic communications staff and officials, follows NCAA and conference guidelines, and assists with post-game corrections and uploads. Requires strong sport knowledge, accuracy, concentration, and availability for evening, weekend, and holiday events.
