Supports development, optimization, validation, and troubleshooting of aerospace investment-casting processes for nickel- and cobalt-based superalloys. Responsibilities include process control documentation, defect analysis, yield improvement, production support, tooling and new-product introduction, first-article documentation, quality audits, SPC, Lean initiatives, and collaboration with foundry, metallurgical, quality, maintenance, and supplier teams.
