Performs inventory reconciliations, monitors shortages and aging items, assists with physical counts, communicates with franchise stores and vendors, and supports warehouse supervisors and staff. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, bilingual English and Korean communication, and the ability to prioritize in a high-stress environment.

Supports strategic sourcing through RFQs, supplier coordination, quotation and cost analysis, supplier onboarding, and procurement data management. Maintains accurate records in SRM and SAP, tracks pricing and supplier performance, manages sourcing documentation, and coordinates with R&D, Marketing, and internal teams on new product sourcing. Ensures procurement process and documentation compliance while supporting multiple sourcing projects.
