Leads the organization’s human resources strategy and daily operations, including compliance, recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, training, organizational development, and policy improvement. Advises executive management and department leaders on personnel matters, manages and mentors HR staff, supports workforce development, resolves conflicts, and ensures compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.

Performs accounting operations including accounts receivable and payable, cash receipts, payments, reconciliations, general ledger entries, financial reporting, audit support, and month-end and year-end close activities. Reviews transactions for accuracy and compliance with GAAP, resolves discrepancies, supervises accounting clerical staff, and supports vendor purchasing analysis.
