Lead UI/UX Consultant responsible for researching, designing, prototyping, testing, and improving user interfaces for complex business applications. Collaborates with stakeholders, business users, project managers, developers, and analysts in an Agile environment. Creates wireframes, prototypes, design systems, user research, secure UI designs, and development handoffs while supporting front-end integration and product roadmap improvements.

Provides hands-on desktop and technical support for approximately 200 devices at a medical facility and occasional remote sites. Responsibilities include configuring and troubleshooting Windows systems, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, printers, telephones, networks, and infrastructure; managing inventory, tickets, reporting, documentation, and training; identifying security incidents; and delivering customer-focused end-user support. The role requires occasional travel, physical equipment handling, and coordination with IT teams and vendors.

Leads client discovery, design workshops, executive discussions, and solution architecture for AI and Generative AI initiatives. Designs and guides delivery of RAG, agentic AI, conversational AI, and workflow automation solutions. Translates business needs into measurable AI use cases, ensuring security, governance, compliance, and customer experience outcomes. Supports pre-sales activities, demonstrations, and proofs of concept for enterprise clients.
