Provides administrative and clerical support to the Marketing Department, including purchase orders, inventory, vendor coordination, invoice processing, promotional material preparation, budget tracking, meeting minutes, filing, event assistance, and media placement database maintenance. The role also manages office supplies, marketing sign holders, certificates, printers, and departmental errands while supporting internal departments and external suppliers.

Manages vendors, coordinates with internal marketing teams, reports campaign performance, and provides data-driven recommendations. The role also supports on-property events through real-time social coverage and content creation, requiring flexible day, evening, weekend, and holiday availability.

Supports marketing campaigns, promotions, events, entertainment, and advertising initiatives for a resort casino. Maintains promotional calendars and records, coordinates internal teams and vendors, manages event ticketing, tracks campaign performance, supports Players Club communications, researches market trends, and assists with editing, administration, and project coordination. Requires flexibility for evening, weekend, holiday, and occasional short-notice assignments.
