Manages the used vehicle department, including inventory acquisition, appraisals, pricing, reconditioning, merchandising, sales performance, profitability, and compliance. Greets guests, assesses vehicle service needs through walk-arounds and questions, communicates wait times and service progress, explains completed work, and recommends additional services. The role emphasizes positive customer experiences, clear communication, problem-solving, fast-paced work, prolonged standing, and working around temperature extremes, noise, and exhaust fumes.
