Manages the evaluation, implementation, rollout, adoption, and optimization of AI and legal technology solutions across a global law firm. Advises lawyers, legal staff, and clients on technology use; oversees client-facing programs; coordinates with technical, procurement, and cross-functional teams; analyzes usage metrics; manages innovation opportunities; and supports change management, workflow improvement, and continuous advancement of legal technology.

Supports marketing and business development operations for a law firm by coordinating pitches, proposals, directory and award submissions, client research, databases, reporting, calendars, and project logistics. Maintains templates, records, tracking logs, and metrics while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Collaborates across business services teams, mentors junior coordinators, supports training and onboarding, and contributes to process improvements and strategic client-development activities.

Draft, review, and negotiate debt finance documents, including loan agreements, security documents, commitment letters, and term sheets. Manage transactional deal teams, due diligence, closings, post-closing matters, client communications, and legal research. Advise borrowers, lenders, and financial institutions on syndicated lending, leveraged finance, refinancing, and structured finance transactions. Mentor junior lawyers and support client development and educational initiatives.

Supports global lateral-hire conflicts processes, ethical screening, compliance policies, restricted securities protocols, engagement agreements, and waiver drafting. Advises recruiting and business-services teams, resolves potential conflicts, researches ethics rules, maintains screens, reviews outside counsel guidelines, supports automated workflow development, and coordinates with the Office of the General Counsel and global compliance teams.

Leads business development strategy for the Debt Finance practice, advising partners and senior stakeholders on client acquisition, account growth, retention, pitches, market positioning, and thought leadership. Oversees complex cross-practice initiatives, client-specific strategies, proposals, competitive intelligence, and external positioning. Drives collaboration, process improvement, measurable commercial impact, and team development within a complex legal services environment.

Supports the CMO in leading the Marketing and Business Development function, including strategic planning, operational coordination, cross-functional initiatives, team development, communications, budget oversight, event sponsorships, stakeholder engagement, and KPI reporting. The role drives process improvement, supports functional transformation, coordinates senior leadership materials, manages industry relationships, and helps translate firm strategy into effective marketing and business development execution.

Associate will advise on domestic and international agency lender transactions involving project finance, infrastructure, energy, transportation, real estate, and public infrastructure. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating financing, security, project development, construction, supply, offtake, and joint venture agreements; conducting diligence and legal research; managing deal teams; counseling clients on regulatory and transactional issues; and mentoring junior lawyers.
