The Work Allocation Manager manages associate staffing and resource allocation across a global law firm. Responsibilities include coordinating staffing requests, monitoring utilization and allocation KPIs, assessing capacity, supporting associate development, conducting career check-ins, managing stakeholder communication, escalating staffing risks, and collaborating with People Advisory, Learning & Development, and practice leadership on training and engagement initiatives.

Supports marketing and business development operations through marketing technology advisory, email campaign execution, workflow automation, platform and process management, data quality, and change adoption. Manages Cvent and Marketo campaigns, segmentation, personalization, testing, reporting, client databases, CRM processes, and marketing technology improvements. Partners with stakeholders to optimize tools, improve operational efficiency, support user adoption, and ensure compliance with data privacy requirements.

Manages marketing and business development operations across pitching, proposals, matter intelligence, workflow, training, reporting, and process improvement. Leads a global BD Central team, oversees coordinators, manages capacity and workflows, supports ServiceNow implementation, maintains CRM and performance data, and delivers cross-functional projects. The role also develops team capabilities, ensures quality and consistency, coordinates stakeholder relationships, and provides operational and analytical support to the broader business development function.

Manages and optimizes the firm’s web and digital platforms, including CMS configurations, integrations, content updates, governance, accessibility, SEO, taxonomy, and structured content. Supports headless CMS architecture, digital transformation, platform modernization, and content operations improvements. Advises technical and business stakeholders, collaborates with vendors, evaluates platform enhancements, and helps shape scalable digital solutions and governance standards.

Supports an international commercial litigation team by reviewing and summarizing new matters, tracking case flow and litigation statistics, maintaining case files and databases, preparing reports and matter materials, and implementing established processes. The role also involves document preparation, data analysis, collaboration with legal teams, daily time entry, and contributing to technology and process improvements for global litigation management.

Own the strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, integrations, operations, and adoption of marketing technology platforms supporting experience management and directory submissions. Translate stakeholder needs into prioritized features, lead releases and implementations, manage vendors, apply data governance and privacy practices, and drive training, change management, innovation, and platform adoption. The role also mentors team members and supports data-informed product decisions across the global Marketing Technology function.

Supports an international technology disputes team by reviewing and summarizing new matters, tracking case activity, maintaining litigation databases and files, preparing reports and matter materials, analyzing data, and helping improve global litigation processes. The role requires collaboration, independent work within established procedures, daily timekeeping, and occasional support for training new team members.

Coordinates and manages firmwide innovation, AI, legal technology, and transactions technology initiatives from concept through implementation. Leads technology pilots, gathers requirements, manages testing and evaluation, develops practice-specific use cases, and supports client-facing solution deployment. Partners with lawyers, business teams, and vendors to improve matter delivery and adoption. Creates project documentation, training materials, dashboards, and performance reports while contributing to the firm’s innovation and AI roadmap.
