Designs, operates, and evolves global enterprise infrastructure across Azure, Windows, Linux, networking, identity, endpoints, and Internet technologies. Supports insurance and risk management workflows, including RMIS data administration, policy and claims management, vendor credentialing, compliance tracking, invoice processing, premium allocation, and financial reporting. Evaluates AI tools, coordinates with third-party administrators and service providers, prepares loss and performance reports, and supports insurance placements, renewals, analytics, and process improvements.

Build and deploy Palantir Foundry workflows, data pipelines, ontology models, AI/ML and LLM applications, RAG systems, and agentic workflows. Integrate enterprise systems, establish security and governance, identify automation opportunities, and partner directly with business teams to move prototypes into production. The role also measures adoption and ROI, develops reusable engineering patterns, trains stakeholders, and evaluates emerging AI tools.
