Manages daily membership department operations, including staff scheduling, training, supervision, front desk procedures, cash handling, customer service, membership processing, and issue resolution. Supports member recruitment and retention strategies, maintains safety and emergency procedures, and assumes Membership Director responsibilities when needed. The role also assists with fundraising and community events.
