Develops regional strategies, manages teams, optimizes fleet and labor, supports tenders and business development, and engages corporate, government, municipal, and industry stakeholders. Drives profitable growth, continuous improvement, and alignment with national objectives.

Manage sales enquiries through phone, email, and web channels; assess customer needs and recommend sustainability solutions to prospective clients. Provide personalized customer experiences, build rapport, and demonstrate resilience and tenacity in a phone-based sales environment. The role includes comprehensive training, CRM use, teamwork, and opportunities for development.
