Lead independent living sales and outreach for Green Hills by developing strategies, building referral relationships, conducting tours and presentations, managing leads and move-in progress, and partnering with internal teams to deliver welcoming resident experiences. The role also supports occupancy and revenue goals while serving as the primary relationship manager for prospective residents, families, and referral partners.
