Administer and configure Enablon and other enterprise EHS, quality, compliance, and plant applications across multiple sites. Provides leadership to planning and scheduling teams and communicates execution plans to project and executive stakeholders. The role is based in Houston with potential travel to project locations and contractor offices.

Leads brownfield capital projects through engineering, feasibility, stage-gate approval, execution, and handover. Coordinates stakeholders, contractors, vendors, schedules, budgets, technical integrity, quality assurance, risk management, change control, and HSSE requirements. Candidates need a civil or structural engineering degree, at least four years of relevant industry experience, and proficiency with structural design and engineering software.

Supports middle-office activities for natural gas and LNG transactions, including end-of-day reporting, trade confirmation, ETRM and pipeline reconciliation, PnL analysis, settlements, invoicing, accounting entries, and payment coordination. Oversee planning and scheduling for major pipeline projects from feasibility through execution.
