Supports Project Controls operations at an on-site LNG facility by coordinating vendor access, managing Genetec and resource-usage data, reviewing labor and cost templates, validating invoices, and producing daily, weekly, and monthly reports. The role analyzes project information, facilitates communication among internal teams and vendors, supports project management objectives, and helps mitigate project challenges while maintaining data accuracy and budget efficiency.

Procures third-party goods and services for LNG operations by leading RFx and bidding processes, executing sourcing plans, administering contracts and purchase orders in SAP and Coupa, supporting scope development, managing stakeholder relationships, and identifying supplier performance and cost-saving opportunities.

Leads enterprise records management program implementation across business units. Develops file plans, deploys repositories, advises on classification and retention, conducts compliance audits, documents EDMS requirements, maintains policies and schedules, tracks program metrics, and supports information governance, privacy, legal hold, and continuity initiatives. Partners with Legal, IT, Regulatory, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into operational solutions, training, and compliance improvements.

Manages project engineering activities at the Calcasieu Pass LNG facility, serving as the primary site interface for technical alignment. Owns RFIs and punch-list resolution, validates inspection and test records, reviews EPC work packages and installation plans, inspects arriving equipment, supports walkdowns, and tracks scope transfers and contractor interfaces. Requires extensive project engineering and management experience, including significant LNG industry experience.

Optimizes LNG liquefaction train availability, performance, production targets, operating limits, and LNG rundown. Builds real-time surveillance models, analyzes operating deviations and production losses, develops reliability improvements and mitigation plans, supports production reviews, forecasting, service agreements, investigations, management of change, and root-cause analyses. The role also contributes to production excellence standards and lessons learned across facilities.

Owns the engineering, reliability, performance, maintenance, and lifecycle management of online process analyzers and sampling systems at an LNG facility. Supports gas chromatography, moisture, oxygen, sulfur, CO₂, mercury, TDLAS, CEMS, LNG density, and related analytical equipment. Ensures accurate measurements for safe operations, product quality, custody transfer, environmental compliance, and mass and energy balance. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, calibration, reliability-centered maintenance, sample-system engineering, and process-control support.

Leads Venture Global’s enterprise training strategy across LNG operations. Builds onboarding, compliance, technical, leadership, and competency programs; implements LMS and CAMS processes; develops training facilities, simulators, and immersive learning technologies; establishes certification standards and performance metrics; and partners with Operations, Engineering, HSSE, HR, and external institutions to improve workforce readiness, safety, capability, and training ROI.

Provides technical leadership for process safety management across LNG operations, including MOC, PSSR, PHA, LOPA, barrier health, event investigations, operational risk assurance, safety metrics, commissioning reviews, training, and continuous improvement. The role interfaces with engineering, operations, contractors, and site teams while mentoring junior engineers and promoting a strong process safety culture.

Manages strategic contracts for LNG and power industry projects, including drafting, redlining, negotiation, administration, change orders, claims, risk management, acceptance, closeout, and contract documentation. Leads contract administration teams, collaborates with legal, procurement, engineering, project controls, and commercial stakeholders, and advises project teams on contractual issues. Requires extensive experience managing complex equipment and services agreements, particularly for owner-furnished equipment.

Manages the full lifecycle of complex LNG and power industry contracts, including drafting, redlining, negotiation, administration, change orders, claims, amendments, compliance, acceptance, and closeout. Leads contract strategies with equipment manufacturers and contractors, advises project teams on contractual risks, coordinates with legal and procurement stakeholders, maintains documentation, and mentors contract administration professionals.
