Leads manufacturing process improvement, production troubleshooting, new product introduction, tooling and equipment design, validation, documentation, and capital projects. Develops manufacturing plans, work instructions, MBOMs, and CAD designs while applying Lean and Six Sigma methods. Supports DFM, process validations, vendor coordination, equipment procurement, and continuous improvement. Mentors engineers and technicians, leads cross-functional teams, and may supervise personnel. Requires collaboration with production, application engineering, suppliers, and customers in a regulated manufacturing environment.
