Provides community accounting support, primarily managing accounts payable, invoice coding and approvals, credit card reconciliation, expense report review, and timely invoice payments. Owns financial reporting and compliance deliverables, including CAM reports, board and owner schedules, regulatory filings, medical expense and insurance claim packages, debt covenant calculations, and due diligence requests. Provides technical guidance and mentorship to accounting staff, coordinates cross-functional deliverables, improves accounting procedures and internal controls, and contributes to system implementations, acquisitions, transitions, and special projects.

Leads marketing and sales for independent living residences, including occupancy development, direct sales, referral partnerships, advertising, events, budgeting, CRM management, lead follow-up, reporting, and sales team performance. The role develops and executes annual marketing plans, manages prospect inquiries, and oversees Residency Counselors and marketing staff to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

Provides service desk and desktop support for corporate and community users. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows devices, Microsoft 365, accounts, networks, peripherals, mobile devices, conference room technology, and endpoint security. The role manages tickets, documents solutions, supports onboarding and user training, escalates issues, identifies security threats, contributes to technical projects, and participates in an on-call rotation.

Processes resident billing, verifies insurance, sets up payor sources, follows up on accounts receivable, posts payments, maintains ledgers and supporting documents, runs reports, files paperwork, and assists accounting leadership with assigned duties.

Supports the Talent Development team through conference content planning, cross-functional collaboration, professional development, networking, mentorship, and project work. The intern will apply classroom learning to real HR initiatives, gain exposure to organizational operations, and present project outcomes and the internship experience to senior leadership. This is a full-time, 12-week program requiring 40 hours per week.
