Industrial Engineering Interns support manufacturing and engineering teams on continuous improvement, process optimization, automation, capacity, time studies, plant layout, ergonomics, material flow, quality, and capital projects. They analyze problems, develop project plans, troubleshoot equipment and processes, create documentation and training materials, and help implement measurable operational improvements in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Provides strategic and hands-on HR leadership to executives, facility HR teams, and employees across multi-site manufacturing operations. Advises on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, compliance, performance management, compensation, training, talent development, labor relations, and change management. Leads general accounting operations and team development while improving accounting processes, controls, systems, and reporting. The role manages close activities, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting; identifies inefficiencies; standardizes procedures; partners with IT and business stakeholders on ERP, automation, reporting, and AI-enabled improvements; and leads cross-functional transformation initiatives through implementation and adoption.

Own the commercial strategy, financial performance, growth, pricing, channel optimization, and lifecycle management of Dexter’s hydraulics product portfolio. Translate customer and market insights into portfolio decisions, lead commercialization and product launches, develop sales enablement tools, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to improve revenue, margins, market share, and customer value.
