Provides customer and professional support on legal matters, prepares legal correspondence and documentation, maintains paper and electronic files, files pleadings with court and county clerks, meets with customers and legal professionals, and assists General Counsel with asset management.

Provides telephone and electronic support for the bank’s digital products, assisting customers, bankers, and internal departments. Resolves inquiries, complaints, and disputes; coordinates with digital product vendors and branch staff; maintains product expertise; supports implementations, conversions, and upgrades; and contributes to process and system improvement initiatives.

Commercial Lender solicits, underwrites, approves, and manages consumer, business, agricultural, and real estate loans. The role manages an assigned loan portfolio, approves policy exceptions and overdrafts, supports deposit growth and cross-selling, resolves customer issues, and develops relationships with customers, businesses, and community organizations. Requires a related bachelor's degree, 1–2 years of experience, and a valid Oklahoma driver's license.

Manages commercial lending activities, including customer acquisition, loan underwriting, credit decisions, portfolio management, deposit growth, and customer service. Approves loans, overdrafts, and policy exceptions within authorized limits; resolves complaints; maintains loan quality and charge-off targets; and represents the bank at community events.
