Provides HR support with a primary focus on benefits and leave administration. Responsibilities include benefits enrollment, open enrollment, leave and accommodation coordination, workers’ compensation claims, employee relations intake, HR reporting, audits, recruitment, onboarding, and HRIS updates. The role supports employees and supervisors, coordinates with vendors, maintains confidential records, and escalates complex matters to the People & Culture Director. This is a hybrid position with two weekly office days.
