Provides financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and decision support for business segments and service lines. Leads budget and forecast cycles, develops financial and productivity reports, analyzes revenue and expenses, supports monthly close and audits, approves purchase orders, and presents financial insights to leadership and stakeholders. The role is remote for North Carolina residents, with possible travel to community and agency locations.

Provides helpdesk and technical support to agency staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT assets, installing and upgrading systems, documenting tickets, training users, and supporting equipment procurement and office startups. The role also requires HIPAA compliance, on-call support, customer service, emergency assistance, a valid driver’s license, and travel between sites as needed.

Conducts new employee orientation and recurring training in classroom, online, and on-site settings. Facilitates learning, evaluates training effectiveness, identifies development opportunities, maintains attendance and certification records, and coordinates training facilities and materials. The role requires compliance with agency policies, Microsoft Office proficiency, administrative support, driving, and periodic overnight or weekend travel for training.
