Manage day-to-day office operations, visitor hosting, member onboarding, event coordination, event logistics, community communications, and member support. The role maintains a welcoming, functional workspace; coordinates workshops, dinners, talks, and cohort programs; troubleshoots operational and AV issues; tracks event outcomes; gathers community insights; and supports member engagement initiatives.

Build and scale operational systems for a hybrid hub, including workflows, tools, vendor management, program logistics, finance support, people operations, compliance coordination, and process documentation. Partner with hub and program leaders to improve member experiences, manage events and payments, coordinate contractors and vendors, and support onboarding, offboarding, and physical space logistics.
