Leads FC Cincinnati’s Partnership Marketing Team, overseeing corporate partner relationships, activation, fulfillment, renewals, and team development. The role requires consistent activity, strong communication, organization, teamwork, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Supports FC Cincinnati matchday promotions and fan activations at TQL Stadium, Washington Park, and external appearances. Responsibilities include operating fan zones, engaging crowds, coordinating giveaways and ceremonies, assisting sponsors and the matchday host, distributing promotional materials, and maintaining activation equipment. The role requires strong communication, creativity, organization, customer service, physical stamina, reliable transportation, and availability for at least 80% of home matches.

Coordinates live match production at TQL Stadium, including matchday scripts, content submissions, scoreboard and ribbon-board content, graphics, rosters, and quality control. Supports control-room operations, equipment testing, troubleshooting, sponsorship deliverables, and event production. Films and edits videos for in-stadium use, manages production administration, and works with internal teams, sponsors, vendors, and stakeholders. Requires flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, full-stadium events, and possible travel.

Supports academy performance analysis by capturing and coding training sessions and fixtures, generating player and team KPIs, providing feedback to coaches and players, creating educational and post-match analysis videos, and helping develop player benchmarks. Requires soccer knowledge, strong organization, attention to detail, flexibility for evening and weekend schedules, and current study toward a performance analysis or sports-related degree.

Supports FC Cincinnati 2’s performance analysis department by filming training, coding and labeling training sessions and matches, and assisting with written and video opposition analysis. The intern will also complete individual research projects and help deliver analysis aligned with club playing and positional principles. The role requires strong soccer knowledge, attention to detail, organizational ability, flexibility for evening and weekend work, and enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program.

Leads FC Cincinnati’s Academy sporting and administrative operations, player development methodology, curriculum, coaching staff, coach education, talent identification, recruiting, compliance, and stakeholder communication. The role builds an elite player-development environment and maintains pathways to FC Cincinnati 2 and the First Team. It requires extensive soccer expertise, staff leadership, recruitment capability, travel, and compliance with MLS, MLS NEXT, U.S. Soccer, and SafeSport standards.
