Own segmentation, triggers, suppression logic, subscription groups, QA, deliverability, testing, reporting, and performance improvements. Partner with data and product teams on event instrumentation and campaign data. Design multi-branch flows, write email, push, and in-app copy, diagnose campaign issues, and communicate weekly insights and recommendations.
