Leads ANSER’s federal business development strategy, team, pipeline, customer engagement, capture, proposal development, partnerships, and revenue growth. Manages federal accounts and territories, oversees opportunity qualification and pursuit execution, develops forecasts and growth plans, and builds relationships with government and industry stakeholders. Coaches business development professionals and ensures achievement of pipeline, revenue, qualification, and win-rate objectives.

Leads federal capture and proposal activities from opportunity research and win strategy through submission and post-submission review. Develops customer-focused messaging, discriminators, compliance matrices, schedules, templates, and proposal content. Coordinates SMEs, reviews, solutioning sessions, oral rehearsals, and executive reviews while ensuring compliant, compelling submissions. Responsibilities include PPBE and POM development, budget exhibit preparation, financial execution oversight, resource request analysis, appropriations management, Congressional briefing support, database updates, and development of financial policy and guidance. The role requires engagement with senior government officials and extensive knowledge of defense budget processes and regulations.

Provides correspondence workflow, executive task management, suspense tracking, reporting, training, briefing materials, and administrative operations support for senior Department of War leadership. Coordinates classified and unclassified correspondence through CATMS, monitors deadlines, improves office processes, supports personnel and facility activities, and resolves operational issues. The role requires on-site Pentagon support, strong knowledge of federal correspondence procedures, and active Secret clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI.

Applies advanced statistical and mathematical methods to intelligence and AI assurance challenges. Develops models, simulations, metrics, sampling and experimental designs; processes complex datasets; automates analytical workflows; and evaluates AI performance, fairness, robustness, and reliability through TEVV. Reviews technical documentation, identifies risks and deficiencies, produces analytical assessments, and briefs quantitative findings to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Develop and execute strategic communications and social media strategies for the Department of War CIO. Responsibilities include creating digital and multimedia content, analyzing engagement metrics, drafting messaging and press materials, responding to media inquiries, briefing senior leaders, coordinating with government offices, and supporting local speaking engagements. The role requires translating cybersecurity, AI, and technology concepts into clear external communications while maintaining stakeholder relationships.

Systems Engineer supporting architecture, integration, testing, cybersecurity compliance, and lifecycle management for DoD biometric collection and processing systems. Responsibilities include integrating GOTS and COTS technologies across connected and disconnected environments, developing system architectures, supporting technical and milestone reviews, maintaining configuration control, executing test plans, and ensuring compliance with RMF, NIST, and DoD requirements. The role requires active Secret clearance, an engineering bachelor’s degree, and seven years of systems engineering experience.

Supports DoD financial management for the IBAS program by processing budget execution documents, monitoring commitments and expenditures, preparing forecasts and reports, reconciling funds, and supporting PPBE activities. The role develops executive briefings, contributes to budget submissions, applies DoD financial regulations, leads financial reviews, and provides recommendations to improve resource management. It requires substantial DoD financial systems experience, advanced Excel skills, and an active Secret clearance.

Advises government customers on advanced manufacturing initiatives within the Industrial Base Analysis and Sustainment program. Evaluates project proposals, manufacturing capabilities, industrial base risks, and supply chain challenges; develops technical analyses, acquisition documents, briefings, and recommendations. Tracks cost, schedule, performance, project data, and reporting requirements, while coordinating stakeholders, industry partners, and contract awardees. Supports executive inquiries, outreach, site visits, strategic communications, and senior leadership presentations.

Supports the Department of War CIO through program management, staff action coordination, executive product development, policy review, stakeholder liaison, task tracking, and process improvement. Defines milestones, resolves scheduling issues, coordinates meetings, drafts briefings and written deliverables, and manages tasking systems. Prepares budget documentation and forecasts, analyzes financial data, tracks appropriated funds, and supports POM and MIPR-related processes. The role is fully onsite and requires extensive experience with senior officials and DoW programs.
