Leads Jhpiego’s global strategic communications, marketing, branding, media relations, executive communications, digital engagement, storytelling, and crisis communications. Oversees communications and marketing leaders, develops integrated strategies, strengthens organizational reputation and visibility, supports fundraising and partnerships, manages global communications coordination, and builds internal and external engagement. The role also directs budgeting, staffing, vendor management, performance measurement, executive advising, and communications across headquarters, regional, and country offices.

Manages end-to-end grants, contracts, awards, subawards, procurements, and compliance activities for a global awards portfolio. Reviews and negotiates agreements, tracks funds, supports proposal and post-award processes, reviews invoices and reports, manages donor approvals, prepares for audits, and provides guidance on USAID, OMB, CFR, FAR, JHU, and organizational requirements. The role also supports stakeholder training, process improvements, and contractual systems administration.
