Provides clerical and reception support for the Washington WIC Nutrition Education Program. Screens and educates participants, maintains program data, coordinates referrals with community agencies, protects confidential information, and travels to remote clinic sites for services and training. Requires basic computer, communication, documentation, and data-entry skills, along with English-Spanish proficiency and a valid driver's license.

Supports daily HR operations across benefits administration, recruiting coordination, onboarding, HRIS data entry, employee records, clerical duties, employee relations documentation, credentialing, and department events. Maintains confidentiality, prepares reports and correspondence, coordinates meetings and orientations, tracks employee apparel and badges, and supports systems and compliance activities. Frequent travel between clinic sites is required, along with a valid driver’s license and eligibility to drive company vehicles.

Coordinates school-based programs, events, outreach, communications, and partnerships for a mission-driven healthcare organization. Builds relationships with school leaders, students, parents, vendors, providers, and internal stakeholders; supports marketing initiatives, website updates, presentations, volunteer coordination, event branding, and program reporting. Conducts competitive research, assists clinic staff with school engagement, and provides administrative support while maintaining confidentiality and organizational standards.
