Oversees application engineering and deployment teams, ensures project quality and performance, manages customer and field relationships, and establishes repeatable rollout playbooks. The role translates field feedback into improvements for AI and product engineering while coordinating complex building infrastructure deployments across customer sites.

Manage customer onboarding, technical implementation, relationship development, success planning, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for PassiveLogic’s autonomous building platform. Partner with facility managers, contractors, system integrators, engineering, and program management teams to drive deployments, resolve issues, gather customer feedback, and improve the product experience. The role requires strong knowledge of building controls, HVAC systems, technical communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
