Manage dealership finance and insurance activities, including loan approvals, credit applications, contracts, warranties, protection packages, payoff amounts, title checks, funding, and digital menu selling. Work with customers to identify vehicle protection solutions, complete transactions, and close deals while coordinating with dealership management. The role requires automotive finance experience, sales ability, strong communication and negotiation skills, organization, technology proficiency, and goal-oriented performance.

Engage prospective and existing automotive customers through outbound calls, emails, and texts. Maintain CRM records, respond to inquiries, follow up with leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team. Support marketing promotions while delivering a positive initial customer experience. The role requires strong communication skills, comfort with customer interactions, self-motivation, basic CRM and computer knowledge, and a valid driver's license. Previous sales or customer service experience and automotive interest are preferred but not required.
