Reviews trial records, researches case law, monitors appellate dockets, argues motions, and advocates before appellate courts. Advises trial counsel and claims specialists on litigation strategy, issue framing, and preservation of appellate records. Supports attorneys through trial and arbitration while ensuring compliance with defense guidelines.
