Manages a branch inside sales team and leads personnel toward sales objectives. Oversees workload balancing, customer support, sales issue resolution, interdepartmental coordination, supplier and customer relationships, and marketplace networking. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, work assignment, performance evaluation, employee discipline, and complaint resolution. Requires strong leadership, communication, customer service, problem-solving, business acumen, and organizational skills.

Grows sales within an assigned territory by expanding existing customer accounts, developing new accounts, identifying opportunities, managing transactional business, preparing quotes, and supporting field sales representatives. Builds relationships with OEM and contract manufacturing customers, provides customer service, executes quoting strategies, and supports other inside sales team members. Manages an annual book of business of up to $3 million while following established pricing guidelines.
