Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies for healthcare services, managing paid, organic, social, display, email, SEO, and reputation channels. Analyze campaign performance, optimize acquisition and retention journeys, monitor industry trends, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations. Collaborate with creative, content, web, IT, and marketing teams while supporting campaigns and social channel growth.

Administers and maintains Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications, including user access, roles, permissions, monitoring, upgrades, patches, security, privacy, and instance management. Diagnoses technical issues, supports system availability, and collaborates with developers, business teams, Oracle Support, and vendors. The role supports HCM, Supply Chain, and Finance modules while ensuring compliance and effective data protection.

Supports the implementation, configuration, maintenance, integration, and optimization of HR systems including Oracle Cloud HCM and UKG WFM. Responsibilities include system upgrades, troubleshooting, data integrity, reporting, process analysis, documentation, user training, and coordination of HR technology initiatives. The role serves as a technical liaison between HR, IT, payroll, vendors, and other stakeholders while identifying process improvements and supporting HR data integrations.

Provides strategic HR partnership to healthcare leaders and employees, advising on talent management, employee relations, labor relations, performance management, workforce planning, recruitment, compensation, policy interpretation, and employment-law compliance. Collaborates with HR Operations and Organizational Development on program implementation, succession planning, change initiatives, and employee development. Tracks workforce metrics, supports staffing and FTE planning, conducts investigations, and helps leaders resolve complex people-related challenges.
