Owns strategic enterprise customer relationships for AI and HPC infrastructure services. The role translates infrastructure, utilization, and performance analytics into business insights, leads executive reviews and QBRs, manages escalations and incidents, oversees service governance, and advises on scaling and optimization. It partners with operations, engineering, product, sales, and solutions architecture teams to drive onboarding, retention, expansion, and long-term customer value.

Serves as legal partner to AI infrastructure supply chain leadership. Drafts and negotiates GPU, compute hardware, equipment supply, software, cloud, SaaS, logistics, and freight contracts. Advises on supply-chain risk allocation, warranties, delays, liability, indemnities, intellectual property, payment security, and termination rights. Responsibilities include incident response, root cause analysis, monitoring, change execution, patching, documentation, service improvement, tooling integration, mentoring Tier 1 staff, and participation in on-call and major incident rotations.

Supports mechanical engineering for HPC data center development across design, construction, commissioning, and operations. Serves as the cooling-systems subject matter expert for HVAC, plumbing, piping, controls, liquid cooling, and airflow. Reviews technical deliverables, performs thermal and CFD analyses, coordinates integrated designs, supports project planning, leads commissioning activities, monitors system performance, develops documentation, and coaches staff.

Manage MDF proposals, budgets, certifications, portals, co-branded content, partner events, business reviews, and performance reporting. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Brand, and Events teams to align partner activity with commercial priorities, track pipeline influence and event ROI, and maintain regional and global partner relationships.

Own end-to-end technical recruiting for IREN’s expanding Cloud Services organization. Source, assess, and close cloud infrastructure, platform, solutions, and technical go-to-market talent; advise leaders on market conditions, compensation, sourcing, and offers; build talent pools and scalable recruiting processes; maintain ATS compliance and reporting; and represent the employer brand in technical communities.

Leads mechanical engineering across data center projects, serving as the technical authority for cooling systems, equipment integration, water conveyance, fire protection, and related infrastructure. Manages engineering teams, establishes standards, reviews designs, oversees validation and constructability assessments, coordinates cross-functional disciplines, manages technical risks, supports customers, ensures regulatory compliance, and mentors engineers across projects and manufacturing initiatives.

Oversee and optimize data center network systems, including switches and firewalls. Troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, maintain hardware, support network security, coordinate providers, and manage migrations and upgrades. Lead technician teams, provision switches during construction, maintain procedures, manage on-call support, and assist with infrastructure strategy while ensuring safe operations.

Coordinates global mobility, immigration, relocation, and international workforce administration across multiple jurisdictions. Manages documentation, visa tracking, vendors, compliance, payroll and tax coordination, reporting, invoices, and employee communications. Partners with HR, Legal, Finance, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, managers, and external counsel to support international hiring and relocations while improving scalable mobility processes and employee experience.

The Electrical BIM Specialist establishes electrical BIM standards, workflows, content libraries, and quality requirements for data center projects. They lead model reviews, clash detection, constructability assessments, fabrication-level modeling, and coordination of power distribution, switchgear, UPS, generators, busway, cable tray, grounding, lighting, and controls. The role interfaces with trade contractors, design firms, and internal engineering teams, audits partner models, supports prefabrication, and converts project lessons learned into improved VDC standards and playbooks.
