Leads mechanical and HVAC engineering innovation for next-generation data centers. Develops cooling layouts, fluid schematics, equipment schedules, CFD analyses, thermal models, and design standards. Coordinate across global time zones and support Product and Development business operations through proactive prioritization, discretion, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead strategic sourcing for contractors, materials, and services supporting data center and HPC infrastructure expansion. Develop supplier strategies, qualify and onboard vendors, establish preferred supplier programs, manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, mitigate supply risks, and implement scalable procurement processes. Partner with project management, construction, operations, legal, finance, HSE, and technical teams to align sourcing with project delivery requirements.

Supports compensation program administration through market pricing, salary benchmarking, pay equity analysis, annual compensation cycle support, reporting, and dashboard development. Maintains compensation data, salary structures, job architecture, survey information, and audit-ready documentation. Partners with People & Culture leaders on pay decisions, compliance, budget monitoring, and process improvements while handling confidential information.

Drives revenue growth for GPU cloud computing and colocation services by developing sales strategies, managing the pipeline, acquiring and retaining strategic customers, and reporting performance to executives. Analyzes market trends, presents growth opportunities, collaborates cross-functionally, manages sales activity budgets, and represents the company at industry events and conferences. The role also supports investor communications, business research, and corporate reporting.

Leads integrated master scheduling and portfolio delivery for multiple hyperscale data center projects across Texas and Oklahoma. Oversees capacity planning, forecasting, critical paths, risk mitigation, contractor schedule governance, capital phasing, executive reporting, and cross-functional accountability. Builds scheduling standards, dashboards, heat maps, scenario models, and a high-performing scheduling team while coordinating infrastructure delivery through energization, commissioning, IT fit-out, and operational handover.

Owns strategic enterprise customer relationships for AI and HPC infrastructure services. The role translates infrastructure, utilization, and performance analytics into business insights, leads executive reviews and QBRs, manages escalations and incidents, oversees service governance, and advises on scaling and optimization. It partners with operations, engineering, product, sales, and solutions architecture teams to drive onboarding, retention, expansion, and long-term customer value.

Serves as legal partner to AI infrastructure supply chain leadership. Drafts and negotiates GPU, compute hardware, equipment supply, software, cloud, SaaS, logistics, and freight contracts. Advises on supply-chain risk allocation, warranties, delays, liability, indemnities, intellectual property, payment security, and termination rights. Provides guidance on export controls, sanctions, tariffs, and customs matters; develops procurement templates and playbooks; and manages vendor disputes and escalations.

Provides Tier 2 operational support for HPC cloud environments, troubleshooting Kubernetes, Slurm, cluster management systems, cloud services, networking, and storage. Responsibilities include incident response, root cause analysis, monitoring, change execution, patching, documentation, service improvement, tooling integration, mentoring Tier 1 staff, and participation in on-call and major incident rotations.
