Build quantitative models and trade studies for throughput, reliability, performance, and cost. Lead verification and validation, integration, bring-up, FMEA, root-cause analysis, manufacturing scale-up, serviceability, safety, uptime, and field reliability.

Build and lead the company’s HR function during rapid growth. Responsibilities include designing HR programs and processes, managing onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, employee development, HR systems, and records. The role partners closely with founders, executives, managers, and employees on workforce planning, organizational design, culture, and people-related decisions.

Lead mechanical architecture and manufacturing strategy for autonomous robotic pharmacy systems. Design high-precision electromechanical mechanisms, guide products from concept through production, establish DFM and supplier strategies, create build-to-print documentation, and integrate robotics, computer vision, AI, and controls. Own design verification, validation, reliability testing, FMEA, regulatory considerations, and continuous improvement for systems deployed at scale.
