Senior Consultant responsible for managing transportation and environmental communications projects, including scopes, budgets, schedules, deliverables, public engagement, media relations, client relationships, staff supervision, and business development. The role translates complex technical information for public audiences, leads meetings and events, provides strategic communications counsel, manages a small team, and supports projects across the Mid-Atlantic region.

Supports communications and equitable community engagement for water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Coordinates public meetings, open houses, events, outreach, databases, correspondence, presentations, newsletters, and informational materials. Assists project managers with schedules, budgets, work plans, purchasing, vendors, client relations, and reporting. The role requires reliable travel throughout Puget Sound, evening and weekend availability, strong writing and interpersonal skills, and the ability to translate technical information for diverse public audiences.
