Plans and manages multi-shift workforce schedules for a manufacturing plant. Maintains workforce data in Plex ERP, adjusts coverage for absenteeism and production changes, handles employee scheduling inquiries, audits timecards and payroll compliance, and forecasts staffing needs with the Plant Manager. The role requires on-site coordination, troubleshooting, and collaboration across engineering, operations, and external teams while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery.

Supports and advances plant automation, controls, and electrical systems in a manufacturing facility. Owns PLC, HMI, VFD, and SCADA systems; troubleshoots production issues; develops programs; integrates new equipment; supports commissioning, capital projects, and OEM collaboration. Maintains controls documentation, networks, backups, and safety compliance; drives automation improvements and root-cause corrections; and trains maintenance technicians through hands-on floor support.
