Responsibilities include developing sales growth programs, customer engagement, pricing and profitability analysis, staff leadership and development, recruitment, succession planning, capital budgeting, and collaboration with corporate teams on growth strategies and product sales. The role is fully onsite at one of three U.S. locations and requires 25–40% travel.

Own electrical engineering projects spanning new product development, design improvements, cost reduction, prototyping, testing, documentation, and manufacturing. Design board-level analog and digital circuits, sensors, power devices, and high-voltage systems. Manage requirements, risks, timelines, and deliverables while developing safe, reliable, manufacturable designs. Provide technical support across purchasing, service, sales, marketing, and production.

Assists with monthly financial close, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, tax compliance, KPI reporting, annual planning, fixed asset management, inventory costing, and ad hoc financial analysis across multiple entities.

Leads business development and profitability for Test Services locations, focusing on new business generation, sales growth, pricing, customer engagement, and competitive analysis. Oversees staff leadership, coaching, recruitment, performance reviews, succession planning, capital budgeting, and employee engagement.
