Provides office administration and inside sales support for calibration operations. Responsibilities include managing schedules, records, certificates, correspondence, and filing systems; preparing quotes, proposals, contracts, and purchase orders; responding to customer inquiries; processing orders; maintaining CRM records; and supporting sales follow-up. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, adaptability, and proficiency with office and CRM software. It is a non-commission, non-quota position.
