Provides online academic advising and student support to promote retention, persistence, and graduation. Responsibilities include evaluating academic progress, assisting with course selection and registration, addressing financial aid and billing concerns, supporting degree audits and graduation applications, monitoring attendance and at-risk students, maintaining student data in Power Campus, coordinating with university departments, and assisting with recruitment and student engagement initiatives.

Provides proactive academic advising and student support from onboarding through graduation. Develops academic plans, monitors student engagement and progress, identifies at-risk students, coordinates interventions and campus resources, assists with registration and degree progression, documents outreach, and collaborates with faculty and university departments to improve retention, persistence, and completion.

Provides administrative, communications, and outreach support for arts student recruitment. Contacts prospective students, conducts high school and campus visits, maintains recruiting records in Slate and PowerCampus, supports auditions and events, tracks recruitment goals, and builds relationships with students, families, administrators, and alumni. The role also creates presentations and spreadsheets, performs customer service duties, and may support student retention and ensemble direction.
