The Information Systems Security Manager will serve as a cybersecurity and RMF subject matter expert supporting US Space Force Space Delta 8 and the Wideband SATCOM Operational Management System. Responsibilities include executing cybersecurity activities, managing RMF accreditation for Moderate or High impact systems, and providing on-site support in Colorado Springs. The role requires an active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance, technical bachelor’s degree, substantial cybersecurity and DoD RMF experience, and a DoD-compliant cybersecurity certification.

Oversee contractor personnel and activities for a C5ISR program, ensuring contract compliance, quality, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and responsive communication with government officials. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets while managing contract performance and committing contractor resources. The role requires continuous on-site presence and experience managing large-scale IT contracts.

Develops and maintains full-stack software within a remote Agile DevOps team. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, solution design, Java and frontend development, REST APIs, data access layers, database schemas, automated testing, CI/CD implementation, and Docker-based development. The role also supports quality, security, and deployment standards while collaborating within a Scrum team.

Provides comprehensive oversight of contractor personnel and activities for a C5ISR contract. Manages project plans, schedules, budgets, contract performance, quality control, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement. Maintains continuous on-site presence and communicates issues and complex information to senior government officials. Requires an active DoD Secret clearance, PMP or DAWIA Level III certification, and at least five years of relevant experience.

Manages multiple application modernization projects using Agile and DevSecOps practices. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, estimating effort, drafting development stories, facilitating sprint planning, coordinating resources, reviewing QA results, managing budgets and schedules, communicating status to customers, and improving development processes. The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance, relevant cybersecurity and cloud certifications, and at least three years of experience in DevSecOps, Agile delivery, QA testing, and managing application project budgets and resources.

Leads enterprise technical programs for CISA, coordinating planning, work packages, schedules, dependencies, milestones, risks, issues, change control, stakeholder communications, and business readiness. The role manages technical delivery teams, reports program status to leadership and the COR, supports project transitions, and prepares recurring program management reports. Candidates need experience in complex enterprise environments, team management, stakeholder coordination, and project delivery, with PMP certification and eligibility for DHS EOD clearance.
