Provides technical support for biomedical testing equipment, computers, endpoints, peripherals, and related systems across clinics, surgery centers, and offices. Troubleshoots hardware and software issues, configures and installs equipment, restores clinical capabilities, manages service requests, escalates vendor issues, documents resolutions, and trains users. Occasional travel and after-hours or weekend work may be required.

Leads complex business, operational, technology, and acquisition integration projects from initiation through closeout. Coordinates cross-functional teams, IT partners, vendors, budgets, governance, risks, documentation, executive communications, change management, training, and organizational adoption. Ensures initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
