Processes ACH transfers, wire transactions, electronic items, foreign checks, deposits, loan payments, disputes, and reconciliations. Ensures compliance with NACHA, Regulation E, Regulation CC, and Dodd-Frank requirements while investigating suspicious activity and supporting audits. Provides member service, vendor coordination, training, procedural updates, and project support. Contributes to process improvements, system enhancements, disaster recovery planning, and regulatory communications.

Provides second-level support for external applications and first-level support for internal tools. Oversees transaction processing, account servicing, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, reporting, process improvements, and service-level adherence. Partners with internal teams to maintain procedures, address member pain points, monitor operational metrics, and implement solutions for regulatory and operational changes. Provides technical expertise, staff performance support, cross-functional project participation, and day-to-day leadership within Membership Services.

Leads enterprise product strategy, roadmap development, and portfolio performance across banking and digital channels. Owns checking and deposit strategy, including pricing, fees, debit cards, and digital experiences. Directs digital product leadership, aligns technology and operations, drives member research and behavioral analytics, and ensures launch readiness. Partners with marketing, finance, risk, and compliance while developing product governance, regulatory fluency, and high-performing product teams.

Supports mortgage pipeline hedging, secondary-market loan delivery, pricing, liquidity forecasting, investment documentation, and asset-liability management. Produces financial reports, dashboards, models, and committee materials; analyzes market, pricing, and treasury data to provide actionable recommendations. Collaborates with lending, accounting, vendors, brokers, and regulatory stakeholders while maintaining procedures, policies, compliance, and reporting accuracy.

Analyze complex financial and organizational data using SQL, dbt, and Tableau to create dashboards, models, pipelines, and actionable recommendations. Collaborate with business partners to define analytics needs, validate results, document data assets, maintain reporting tools, provide technical assistance, and present insights to leadership. The role also includes peer review, project coordination, vendor evaluation, and mentoring junior analysts.
