Responsibilities include product and equipment trials, troubleshooting, customer training, technical presentations, field service, sales support, reporting, and liaison work among customers, sales, service, engineering, R&D, and laser technology teams. The role requires travel throughout North America, industrial-site work, familiarity with refractory applications and steelmaking processes, and participation in Lean and operational excellence initiatives.

Leads project planning and execution while ensuring safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and cost control. Supports CETCO’s HydroShield Quality Assurance Program through customer service, inspection report review, warranty processing, project documentation, technical assistance, inspector training, and monthly reporting. Coordinates warranty claims, remedial work orders, and purchase orders while supporting outside sales and field teams. Leads operational excellence and Lean initiatives, including process mapping, Kaizen events, 5S, standard work, and continuous improvement activities.
