Supports manufacturing process development, new product launches, stamping and welding operations, equipment installation, plant layouts, maintenance, and process improvement. Creates work instructions, time studies, visual aids, and preventive maintenance documentation compliant with IATF 16949. Troubleshoots equipment and automation, supports FMEAs and root-cause analysis, trains production personnel, improves efficiency and quality, and collaborates across operations, maintenance, quality, and program management. Travel to plants in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico is required.

Leads HR operations for manufacturing facilities, including recruiting, onboarding, associate relations, investigations, policy administration, performance management, compensation and benefits coordination, workforce reporting, training, and employee records. Coaches managers, supports staffing and retention strategies, ensures employment compliance, develops HR staff, and improves processes. The role requires a visible plant presence, support across shifts, and occasional travel.
