Provides senior technical expertise for NEPA and environmental compliance programs supporting Department of Defense projects. Reviews and develops Environmental Assessments, Environmental Impact Statements, and related documents; evaluates impacts, alternatives, mitigation, and regulatory requirements; coordinates with agencies, stakeholders, legal teams, and interdisciplinary staff; supports project scoping, scheduling, cost estimating, quality control, and public involvement; and mentors environmental professionals.
