Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to assess HVAC replacement needs, inspect existing equipment, recommend heating and cooling solutions, present financing options, and close sales in a one-call environment. Comfort Advisors manage scheduled appointments, provide professional customer experiences, and coordinate handoffs with installation teams. The role includes warm leads, commission-based compensation, training, and company-provided vehicle and equipment.

Administer and oversee multi-state employment screening and workforce compliance programs, including background checks, drug testing, employment verifications, MVR reviews, FCRA adverse actions, and DOT driver qualification requirements. Maintain compliance records, reports, and audit support while partnering with HR, recruiting, field operations, and vendors to resolve issues, reduce risk, and improve hiring processes.

Engage retail customers about HVAC, air quality, and energy conservation solutions. Promote home performance tune-ups, generate qualified leads, and schedule free in-home consultations for sales advisors. Work independently in a high-volume retail environment, meet goals, represent the brand professionally, and work required weekends and some holidays.
